Product Description

Application:
A58 Sure Plugs are used to plug holes left after taper tie removal.

Features:

  • A58 Sure Plug should be installed ONLY with the A59 Insertion Tool
  • Depending on how the A59 insertion tool is adjusted, it will install the plug either flush to the surface or approximately a 1-1/2″ maximum depth
  • Plug is gray color to blend with concrete
  • It may be positioned flush with the concrete face, or recessed, depending on the architectural effect desired
  • When recessed, the sure plugs may also serve as backing for flush or recessed grouting
  • Ribs inside the plug are designed to anchor the grout
  • A58 Sure Plug is not intended to be installed to the center of the wall and any attempts to do so can, in most cases, rupture the plug

The C13A All-Wire Saddle Hanger is formed from a single wire and butt-welded over the flange area. Wire sizes, working loads and applications are similar to the C13 Hanger.
C-60 Type 8 Interior Hanger DSC-60 Type 8 Interior Hanger DS
The Type 8 Press-Steel hanger is similar to the standard Type 1 except the two end clips are designed to angle the 1/2" diameter bolts at 15° from vertical. It is available in two different versions, a standard version or a heavy version. The standard version uses a 0.375" diameter wire to connect the end clips while the heavy version uses a 0.440" diameter wire.
C-60 Type 1A Exterior Hanger DSC-60 Type 1A Exterior Hanger DS
The C60 45 degree Pre-Steel Hanger Type 1A consists of a 1/2" 90 degree end section and a 1/2" 45 degree end section welded to a single wire strut. The hanger allows installation and adjustment from the top of the formwork and works equally well on steel or precast concrete beams. The 90 degree end supports interior forming while the 45 degree end supports the overhang bracket on the exterior side of the beam.
