 | Sigma 400/400M Series The Sigma 400 Series is primarily used in board form, form liner and architectural wall applications. It is our smallest diameter tie coming in at .400” but packs a punch offering up to 5,000 lbs SWL. The 400M is a derivative of our 400 Series and is used in Symons panels and other steel ply panel applications. It allows for gang forming of the Symons panels offers up to 3,000 lbs SWL. Many also use the 400M for pencil rod replacement since it comes in 19 foot lengths. |

It was developed for medium-duty applications to give similar performance to the workhorse of the forming world, the 15mm Euro Rod (Dywidag Rod). Not all forming systems are designed to accept ties greater in diameter than 1" (25mm). The new 800 Series fits this niche perfectly in these demanding applications. |
